Wednesday Rewind

Ringo Deathstarr and the latest from Kydd Jones

It’s slim pickings this week for the Wednesday Rewind, but OTR managed to track down new videos from local sonic boomers Ringo Deathstarr and Kydd Jones.

Ringo Deathstarr “So High”
Here’s the latest single from Ringo Deathstarr, who’s currently touring the UK with the Wedding Present. The video was helmed by Cassandra Lee Hamilton, the director behind the new Vydio Village web series, which tapes its first episode, featuring Hatchet Wound and Sleep Good, at Cheer-Up Charlies on Dec. 4.

Kydd Jones “Where is the Love?”
In what appears to be the third installment in a series of “Day in the Life”-style videos helmed by Wes and Ellen Chmielowski, local newcomer Kydd Jones shows the world through his eyes. The dude writes in Sharpie (OTR’s officially curious). Expect proper coverage on Jones in the Chronicle soon.
