This is the first of probably many times in my life I will say this: Man, I wish I were still in college. Why, you might ask? An amazing little thing called Campus Pride Summer Leadership Camp, a camp for GLBT and allied college student leaders.
The third annual, five-day camp will focus on leadership, social justice, and civic involvement. Judy Shepard (Matthew's mom) will be one of the keynote speakers. This awesome camp happens July 21-26 on the campus of Towson University in Towson, Maryland. That's right: cutting edge information, Judy Shepard's awe inspiring spirit, and a chance to get out of the sweltering Texas summer heat.
Space is limited, and enrollment is expected to reach full capacity, so if you are in college, you'd better get on the ball for the chance of a lifetime. Plus, I bet there will be some hotties there, too.
