Green Pastures to Reopen as Mattie's
After an extensive renovation, Austin’s landmark Green Pastures will become home to a new restaurant in March. Mattie’s – names after one if the original owners, Martha “Mattie” Miner Faulk, will serve a menu nodding to the icon’s regional and culinary with chef Joshua Thomas at the helm.
