Valentine’s Day is this Friday and we all know what that means: you’re running short on time to find the perfect treat to ply your lover’s sweet tooth. Never fear! Coco Paloma Desserts is offering up a gorgeous 6” round chocolate cake with dark chocolate sea salt ganache and a personalized inscription on top. $75, order by Feb. 11 for pick up on Feb. 14.
In addition to customized cakes, beloved bake shop Sugar Mama’s has an assortment of cookies and cupcakes, including the absolutely delightful pink champagne (usually January’s flavor of the month), chocolate covered cherry, chocolate covered strawberry, and chocolate covered raspberry flavors. Cookies include conversation hearts, raspberry linzers, lavender chocolate macarons, and chocolate-dipped crispy treats. Order by noon on Wednesday, February 12.
University-area newcomer Royer’s Pie Haven mixes things up a bit with a heart-shaped “sinnamon" roll, heart-shaped ding-dongs, chocolate-dipped pie truffles in a heart-shaped box, cherry pies in mason jars, and a chocolate cherry pie. Delivery is available.
