New Season of Hilah Cooking Starts Tuesday

Season four of HilahCooking begins this Tuesday, September 4! It's hard to believe that what started as a goofy experiment is soon coming up on its third anniversary.

This season of online cooking videos will focus mainly on Texas cuisine, starting with the star of the state: barbecue. We visited with Wayne Mueller, third generation owner of Louis Mueller Barbecue, who shares the secrets of their tender smoked brisket and house-made sausage.

But don't get the wrong idea; we know that Texas isn't just about barbecue. We'll cook up blue plate specials from all over the place, covering Czech and German influences on Texas cooking, as well as Mexican, Cajun, and African-American. Check hilahcooking.com for videos, written instructions, and printable recipe cards, or subscribe at youtube.com/user/hilahcooking to get email updates whenever new videos are released. See you there!
