Wisconsin leads the nation in bars per person, with about one for every 385 men, women, and children. By contrast, neighboring Minnesota's 4.3 million people have just 4,000 drinking establishments -- or one bar for every 1,075 people.
The name Mercedes-Benz is always supposed to be hyphenated.
According to Mary Wilson's autobiography, the Supremes' farewell song, "Someday We'll Be Together," is sung by Diana Ross and two anonymous backup singers. The Supremes had already ceased recording together.
The groove in the upper lip under the nose has a name. It is called the "philtre."
