West by West Campus, UT’s answer to South by Southwest, makes its fourth annual pass with more than 40 local acts. The all-day (and night) festival stretches between four co-ops turned venues, and remains free. The architecturally twisted 21st Street Co-op acts as the center, hosting power-pop quartet Pompeii and country punks Guns of Navarone. P-Tek heads up the acts at the TV dotted French House, with art-folk sixpiece Salesman holding down the newly minted Marjorie-Daw. The singer-songwriter cull lands at Eden House, featuring Rebecca Butler without her Richards. – Abby Johnston
