After briefly moving away from Red River’s staple, Swan Dive continues its glide back to live music, lounging with the regrouped MaryAnn (originally MaryAnn & the Revival Band). The local quintet lays down roots-inflected pop with equal parts swoon and swagger, showcasing new songs from its third recording due this spring. Natasha Dahanayake’s vocals trill playfully affectionate in front of the quirky orchestral and jazz arrangements of Georgette, while the Villettes open with acoustic folk from the female trio’s upcoming debut. – Doug Freeman
