Jennifer Ellen Cook, Wreckless Eric & Amy Rigby

Fri., Oct. 26, 2012, 9pm

If a shared songwriting aesthetic equals domestic bliss, Wreckless Eric and Amy Rigby must be one happy couple. For the underground pop romantic, it makes sense for the man behind “(I’d Go the) Whole Wide World” to wind up with the woman behind “Dancing With Joey Ramone.” The duo’s third LP together, A Working Museum, was recorded last year as they relocated from France to upstate New York. The address has changed, but their sardonic buzzbombs remain tuneful and twisted. – Greg Beets
