Frontier Bar loads in for your Labor Day weekend needs, stocking beer, free food, and more than 20 local bands into this Eastside block party. Face-melting teen trio Residual Kid takes to the air-conditioned inflatable cube stage outside, along with the joie de vivre space rock of the White White Lights. On Frontier’s cozy inside stage, Southern garage-rock quartet Tump whet taste buds for whiskey, while psych-soaked quartet Holy Wave closes down the show. If, God forbid, music isn’t your thing, “Central Texas’ largest inflatable water slide” splashes outside. Free for 21 and up. – Abby Johnston
