Beer Week Pig Roast

Chef James Holmes will roast Red Wattle pigs that have been fed a special blend of (512)Brewery brewer's mash and organic produce scraps. Pork will be served with classic southern sides and beer until the pig runs out. Tue., Oct. 23, Tue., Oct. 23, 6pm (2012). $17/$3 beer specials.
