Two words: Pussy Galore. She's obviously in this film to distract the audience from the horrifying truth: Bond saves the world by doing absolutely nothing except getting his girl-of-the-moment painted gold. Q brings out the Aston Martin for the first time, and Shirley Bassey shatters the speakers with the consummate Bond song.
