Directed by Jon Hess. Starring Thomas Ian Griffith, Charlotte Lewis, James Earl Jones, Lance Henriksen.
REVIEWED By Marjorie Baumgarten, Fri., June 4, 1993
Thomas Ian Griffith wrote and stars in this martial arts, police actioner about corrupt Chicago cops. Guess they waited for the Rodney King trial to be over before releasing this no doubt thoughtful meditation on police brutality.
