Aug. 31 is the deadline for businesses to apply to be materials suppliers for the second annual [Re]Verse Pitch Competition, an innovative program to turn one business’ waste materials into another business’ raw material. They’re looking for local entities that are generating or collecting by-product, surplus, or other “waste” material, to match with entrepreneurs who can make creative reuse of that material.
