This is the world premiere for Maksym Kurochkin’s locally set satire, in which "a corrupt and venal mayor presides over Austin's comically broken city council. When a Ukrainian arrives, invoking a looming catastrophe, will locals heed his warning?" Directed by Graham Schmidt for Breaking String Theatre. And here's our review. Thu.-Sat., May 2-17, 8pm.
