    Since 1972, the longest continuously running music festival in America has been filling the Texas hills for 18 days with the sound of music, this year including Judy Collins, Ray Benson, Eliza Gilkyson, and more. Thu.-Sun., May 22-June 8.

  • Life Time Tri CapTex

    Formerly know as Capital of Texas triathlon, you can choose from the full 60.5 kilometers of running, biking, and swimming (combined) or try the shorter sprint and rookie courses. Onlookers can pick a spot along Congress Avenue or along Lady Bird Lake. A party at the Palmer Events Center awaits the finishers, who will likely be too tired to celebrate. 6:30am-1:30pm. $160 and up.
