Austin Film Society: Austin Premiere: Whitewash

After accidentally killing a man during a drunken joyride, the driver (Haden Church) hides the body and flees to the deep wilderness in hopes of outrunning both the authorities and his own conscience. Thomas Haden Church and director Emanuel Hoss-Desmarais will be in attendance for a Q&A.

      Community leaders come together for one day to discuss improving the lives of older adults living with HIV/AIDS. Dr. Perry Halkitis, author of The AIDS Generation and C. Andrew Martin, ASA RN Case Manager and author of the book Reflections of a Loving Partner: Caregiving at the End of Life are teh featured speakers. Meals and CUEs available. 8am-4:30pm. $45.
