    Your local indie game collective shows off the cutting edge of game design every month. This week they have the interactive A/V beauty of Panoramical. Afterward is possibly the first unofficial SXSW party: the Bang Pop! Pre-Party with Whiite Walls, Corguroi, Swelta, Zorch, Flying Turns, and Roger Sellers. 7pm. Free.

  • Rodeo Austin

    Cattle-roping and bull-riding, livestock contests, carnival fun, and kid-friendly events are just a few of the things putting you in a countrified mood. Loretta Lynn, Dwight Yoakam, the Temptations, and Willie Nelson are some of the many headliners.   • Thursday Night Social Ride

    Loads of cyclists take part in this friendly, socially paced ride of 12 to 15 miles. Riders will stop for cars and try not to block intersections along the way. This adult ride concludes at a different bar each week. Thursdays, 7pm. Free.

    Discount tickets and food deals abound as the Toros take on the Bakersfield Jam. Former UT players are on both teams so deciding who to root for might be complicated. 7:30-10pm. $6.

  • The Rawk Show Art Exhibit

    Nathan James, Austin's one-man booking machine who turned our annual Pride into a destination fest is getting back to his roots, curating the art of rock. Not simply posters and marketing designs, but visual art created by artists associated with rawwwwk, like: Nicole Steen (The Pop Tarts), Inger Lorre (The Nymphs), Christy Kane (Hazard County Girls), Jarboe (The Swans), Jeormie Journell, Jill Emery (ex-Hole), and more. March 6 to 15, 7pm.
