Noir City: Too Late for Tears

A ruthless woman who stumbles into a pile of money does what she must in order to hang on to it. This film has been recently restored by the Film Noir Foundation and UCLA Television Archive. This screening kicks off a 10-film series over the weekend called Noir City.

    This new Teatro Vivo production from writers Omar Gallaga, Raul Garza, and Karinna Perez explores, through a series of comedy sketches, what the world would be like if Selena had lived. Including such Mexcentric wonders as los lowrider drones, the show's "a seven-layer dip through pulga culture past, present, and future." [Note: Ages 16 and older only.] Through March 1.
