Preston Sturges: Sullivan's Travels

Sturges bites the hand that feeds him while goofing on cinematic artistes who think they're above the fluff and want to make only "important" films. The movie also features McCrea's choicest performance for Sturges, and a plot with more curves than Veronica Lake. Read a full review of Sullivan's Travels.

  • Big 'ol Queer Potluck Thanksgiving

This is so exciting! We quote them directly: "A bunch of queer folk littering the Q space, burning Turkey, and botching up the stuffing. Are you a culinary wiz? Come help us out. SAVE Thanksgiving!! We want this to be the biggest one yet. Two things are really important:
    1. RSVP so we know how much food to make. If you aren't sure, just wait til you are to say anything. The earlier you let us know, the better.
    2. If you are bringing something, tell Q in advance!" 6-11pm.
