Stars Host Game 5 Friday Night

The Texas Stars inaugural season has been an exciting one. After strong regular-season play the Stars swept the Rockford IceHogs in the first round of the AHL playoffs and enter tonight's Game 5 vs. the Chicago Wolves with the series tied at two games apiece. Games 1 and 2 in Chicago both took overtime to decide.

Center Travis Morin took the lead from Jamie Benn as the Stars' playoff points leader with 9 after picking up two goals in Texas' 3-2 win over Chicago in Game 4. hockey fans will not want miss Game 5 tonight as the series returns to Chicago for Games 6 and 7. The first 5,000 fans tonight get a free Stars playoff poster.

Game 5: Vs. the Chicago Wolves: Fri., May 7, 7:30pm. Cedar Park Center, 2100 Avenue of the Stars, Cedar Park, 512/GO-STARS. $9-50.
