The creators of Undercover Boss and Project Runway are making a pit stop in Austin in their search for the next big-winning, culinary bad ass.
They're looking to launch someone and their hot new product(be it a preciously guarded recipe or marketable culinary idea) into the spotlight and hopefully on to great success with what they're calling a "Supermarket Casting." If you've been saying your baked good or secret sauce could make millions on the shelves, then this could very well be your gig.
Give Paul Qui a run for his Austin-foodie-fame money. Your big chance for stardom will be from 10am-2pm, Nov. 4 at the Hyatt Regency on Barton Springs Road.
