It's that age-old dilemma that comes with outdoor concerts: How do you drink enough to stay hydrated, but not so much that you have to interact with nasty portable toilets? Imagine our delight each year in rediscovering that the Austin City Limits Fest thoughtfully provides sanitizer dispensers outside their (actually not so nasty, and abundant) potties.
